Developing a deep, compassionate, present moment awareness
of self and others is the foundational skill for success in both
professional and everyday life, and is the cornerstone of Leadership
Development for the 21st century.
Whether you are an executive leading a strategic planning session with
your management team, a parent handling a tense situation with a teenager, or a nurse performing triage in a crowded emergency room,
effectiveness is pivotal, and closely hinged to your relationship with self,
access to inner resources, and ability to connect with others.
As a leader, you are valued for your experience, expertise, and intelligence, and you can bring even greater satisfaction and effectiveness as you develop an empowering leadership style, integrate key people skills, and increase emotional intelligence.
Bringing greater mindfulness, presence, and well-being into professional and everyday life can be a game-changing growth step that defines your leadership style, pulls people together, and smooths the path before you.
Coaching is tailored to your particular environment and path of development, and targets your current priority to keep in step with present challenges. Contact Peter today for a timely engagement.
How It Works
The goal is to expand your capacity to empower yourself and others who are charged with realizing the vision and carrying out the mission of your business or organization.
Focus is to increase effective self-leadership, communication, and management style – influencing positive culture and developing engagement & leadership in others – all of which have interrelated impacts on the effectiveness and success of your organization.
Initial focus assesses & targets current priorities, determines appropriate action, and initiates an on-going action plan to meet strategic goals. Evaluation of results enables further calibration and consolidation of gains. You have access to support as needed to maintain momentum, manage change, and deal with unexpected circumstance.
It’s important to bring commitment, a willingness to find and work your edges, and do some inner stretching. Peter also brings commitment: to be present and maintain a safe, non-judgmental space in which you can honestly explore and grow, to maintain confidentiality, and to bring his best self to the table.
Peter is a Certified Coach and ascribes to the Professional Standards and Code of Ethics of both the ICF and CCE. He is also a Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, Organizational Trainer, and practices Zen Buddhism.

What people are saying –
“I am probably more driven and goal oriented than most people, yet still a distractible human being. Working with Peter has helped me clarify what’s valuable and act on it, and given me tools to stay on track – I’ve been more focused and productive than ever before.
He’s also given me a focus on well being, stress reduction, and practicing mindfulness – which amplify my actions, allowing me to take huge strides forward. Some of the biggest and most important goals I’ve ever set for myself are now within reach.
I’ve been coaching with Peter for the last two years, and I really enjoy our sessions. I’d happily recommend him to other professionals, or anyone looking to improve their life, increase their energy, and stay motivated.” – Jon Rawls, CEO nomBat Branding
“We hoped for increased motivation and Peter delivered. We’re also experiencing happier individuals with heightened self-awareness and team contribution. Our work environment seems more thoughtful, with calmer perspectives and productive cooperation. Workload and issues are not ruling the day – instead, we’re engaged in taking on what we can in measured doses and mastering it.” – K. Stellar, B. Parker – CCR, Inc.
