How It Works
Santa Cruz Coach Peter Parker can help give you an elevation of perspective. He offers experience and tools that are often needed to make important changes that last. Having someone in your corner can make all the difference when:
– You need to make sense of your current situation,
– clarify the strengths and personal gifts you can draw on,
– and choose actions that will move you forward on your own path.
Confidence and self-esteem benefit when you investigate your core needs and values, define your personal meaning in life, and live with a sense of purpose.
Then you can take single steps on the way to important goals to align with that purpose and meaning. This helps insure that the path you follow is uniquely your own and that it will contribute to your well-being – and ultimately the well-being of all those with whom you live and work.
There is power in knowing what we want and what we don’t want, and holding intentions that serve both us and others. As we learn to access our inner ground of being and give that a leadership role in life, we can live with more awareness, well-being, and enjoyment – and find satisfaction & freedom in a life well-lived.
It’s important to bring commitment, a willingness to find and work your edges, and do some inner stretching. We also bring commitment: to be present and maintain a safe, non-judgmental space in which you can honestly explore and grow.
Individual sessions or coaching packages are available.

What people are saying –
“Thank you, Peter, for helping me change direction and set my feet on a path that is true to myself. You’ve helped me stop spinning, and put practices in place that will stay with me for my lifetime. I am really appreciating the work that you do!” – Sarah Wise
“I’m feeling much more alive! When I feel stress, I’m able to scan myself, come back to my breath, and even laugh about it. This work has given me a strong relationship with a practice of awareness, and I am incredibly grateful.” – Austin Carlson
“I was confused. I was angry. I was trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. My life was a series of missed opportunities, missed jobs, missed promotions, and misunderstandings. Peter listened to me, to my deepest thoughts. We talked. He had me look within to get to know myself, to find out what I really wanted. He helped me make sense of it all and I found the courage to go for it. I made small changes in behavior with really significant positive outcomes. I’m now happily employed doing something I love and being rewarded for it. And never a dull day!” – Brad M.
